After having sent to us the application form with the course and accommodation of your choice, the school will send you a confirmation of your erolment.
An account deposit of 100€ of the total amount must be paid to confirm your booking.
The address of your accommodation will be sent after you have paid the remaining balance.
The remaining balance must be paid in full, by bank transfer (with no charges for us) at least four weeks before arrival.
To change a booking (at least 30 days before arrival), arrival date, accommodation, etc., we will charge an extra fee of 50€ per student. The change is due to availability.
You may cancel at any time before the beginning of your course. However, you will be charged cancellation fees:
-Cancellation up to 30 days before course starts: 100€ (deposit fee)
-Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the beginning of the course 125€
-Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the beginning of the course 150€
-Cancellation between 7 and 1 days before the beginning of the course 200€
-Cancellations made the day before the beginning of the course, 100% of the total fee is required.
After arrival, no refund will be made.
The school will be closed for public holidays, those classes will be missed.

Included in the price, you will get 1 book and material. Missed classes for absence won't be caught up.
Unless you pay for extra days, the accommodation will be available from the Sunday before the course until the Saturday after the course (12pm).
No fees will be refunded If you stop the accommodation.
